Island Creek started as an idea. Raise & harvest oysters & other shellfish straight from our own backyard using low-impact methods. Founded by Skip Bennett & brought to life by he & fifteen other Duxbury-based growers, that idea has grown into a lifestyle as everyone here strives to run small, sustainable operations that put quality of life, product, & environment above all else.
